Our bespoke 'Couch to 5K' course supports the recipient on their journey to completing a 5K run. Whether they are new to running or returning after a break, our experienced coaches will support them on their running journey through a series of sessions tailored to their individual needs. Includes initial consultation, footwear advice plus x8 40 minute coached sessions, as well as ongoing support.

Redemption dates are 01 January - 31 July 2020.

NB: Recipients must be London based.
